If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase all customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Consumer Contacts Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. These regulations provide the right to cancel your purchase of goods at any time within the “cooling off period” of fourteen days, beginning on the day that you receive your goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. The goods must be in an unused condition. You must send the goods back to us to at powellbrewing, Pant y Goff, Halkyn, Flintshire, CH8 8DH, United Kingdom; at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract. The item should be returned in it’s original packaging.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If you are outside of the fourteen day cancellation period but find that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us and we endeavour to find a solution.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending upon your card issuer or third party payment policy.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless your item is faulty, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
